More about me and my psychological practice in Zurich.
In working with you, I draw on a wealth of experience. Based on my work as a psychological counselor in Zurich, trained at the qualified «Institute for Body-Centered Psychotherapy» in Switzerland. As well as various specialized advanced training courses both domestically and abroad.
I am able to quickly empathize with your topic and understand what it is truly about. This is shaped not least by my life experience, having been born in 1970, as well as by my many years of work as a crisis counsellor supporting people in acute distress. I currently work for a well-known crisis and support helpline, which cannot be named for staff protection reasons, and previously for Amnesty International.
I also understand the challenges of the professional and business world from first-hand experience. Over many years, I worked as a consultant supporting large transformation projects in SMEs and international corporations. This allowed me to collaborate with a wide range of professionals in Switzerland and abroad, gaining deep insight into diverse organizational cultures.
Do these words resonate with you?
Then feel free to get in touch for an initial consultation. I look forward to welcoming you soon to my psychological practice in Zurich.

«What is, is allowed to be. That which is allowed to be, can change.»
This beautiful statement is attributed to Fritz Perls, one of the most influential psychologists and psychotherapists and the founder of Gestalt Therapy. It reflects the humanistic values that also shape the work in my psychological practice in Zurich.
Acceptance is the key to transformation. When we fully acknowledge the present moment without judgement, we create space for natural growth and change. Transformation does not arise through pressure or force, but through the compassionate recognition of what is.
